【摘要】Oral exams can be particularly intimidating for some students,because they present two different challenges: the challenge ofrecalling material quickly, and the challenge ofspeaking to anaudience-even if the audience is made up of only one person. To do well on an oral exam requires a rather different set of skillsthan those called for on a written exam. You still need mastery of the material, of course, but you need to access and articulate the material in a different way.
